This was an ambitious project, the clients are big fans of the Grand Designs television program, and had a clear idea of what they wanted.
You can see from the pictures what an amazing transformation has been achieved. Interior Designer, Clare Gaskin, understood the brief and they went for a modern luxury house style with a Miami look.
The most striking improvement was to change all the windows. These were replaced with floor to ceiling glass allowing for fabulous views of the Hertfordshire countryside. The addition of the glass extension to the back of the house allows the beautiful landscaped garden to be enjoyed all year round.
An enormous amount of work and planning went into this renovation of this property and the result is stunning.
