Creating beautiful curtains, blinds and soft furnishings is a bespoke service. Each and every window is different, each and every project is different, and all customers have different requirements and needs.
We are here to help inspire and support you through the journey of creating your desired finish to the highest quality. Although everything we do is customised, below are some simple steps we will walk you through during our enquiry process.

Step 1
What sort of property and how many windows would you be needing dressings for? At this point we will also collect some initial details from you like the property address and contact details.

What style of curtains or blinds you would like? And are there any other soft furnishings you need?

We may ask you to take some pictures of the windows? A picture tells our designers and estimator a thousand words and will help them to advise you on the best options for your windows. This also enables us to see any awkward corners, frames, cornicing etc.

We may ask you for some rough measurements. Don’t worry these do not have to be exact.

Can you give me an idea of price? All we need to supply a preliminary estimate is the width of the track/pole and the drop (length). We would never manufacture to these measurements we will only use these to get an indicative cost out to you.

Once we have established that our preliminary estimate is in line with your budget, we will arrange for one of our project manager to come your property and assess your requirements, discuss finer details.
